MLB Hall-of-Fame Pitcher Dennis Eckersley will be on site to celebrate! 250 tickets will be distributed at 7:30 am on Wednesday, April 5th, for the Dennis Eckersley autograph session at the new store in Woonsocket. Tickets are limited to one (1) per customer. Autograph session will start at 10am.
Dennis Eckersley is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher with a 24-year career playing most-notably for Oakland Athletics. His accolades include 6× All-Star (1977, 1982, 1988, 1990–1992), World Series champion (1989), AL MVP and AL Cy Young Award (1992), ALCS MVP (1988) and he pitched a no-hitter in 1977. His #43 was retired by Oakland Athletics and he’s a member of the Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame. He was also a first-team selection pick for the 1997 Major League Baseball All-Time Team. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004.
