How do I find out if my store has a specific product?

Call your local Ollie’s! Our inventory is always changing. You can find contact information to any of our stores online at ollies.us/locations.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and forms of contactless payment including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I request a donation or Ollie’s participation in a charity event or collection?

You may make the request online by going to Ollie’s Cares on our website. We offer a 15% discount to qualifying organizations – it’s our way of helping everybody the little bit that we can. We cannot honor cash, gift card or product donation requests. In addition, we have a no solicitation policy at our stores with the exception of our corporate charitable programs.

Ollie's Army Membership

What is Ollie’s Army?

Ollie’s Army is our customer loyalty program. Membership is free and you can join at any time. You’ll receive special discounts in the mail throughout the year and receive emails from us about our latest flyers and deals. With our point system, you earn one point for every dollar spent at Ollie’s. Once you’ve accumulated 250 points ($250 spent), we’ll send you a 10% off Reward Certificate in the mail. Make sure we have your correct address listed on your online profile so that your rewards reach you!

Why is the customer loyalty program called “Ollie’s Army”?

Years ago, the owner of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet was watching a golf match on TV where Arnold Palmer was playing. The commentators called the mass crowd of people following Palmer around on the golf course “Arnie’s Army.” He liked this and dubbed our loyalty program, “Ollie’s Army.” The name stuck.

How do I sign up for Ollie’s Army?

Visit any one of our semi-lovely store locations and ask about Ollie’s Army at the register. You will be given an Ollie’s Army card and it will be scanned at the register. You’ll start earning points on that very first purchase!

If you received a card in the store, but it was not scanned, contact Ollie’s Army Customer Service to request that it be activated.

How do I get my Ollie’s Army Enlistment Bonus?

To earn your Enlistment Bonus for 15% off a future purchase, you’ll need to complete your Ollie’s Army profile by providing us with your contact information. Information can be provided at in-store sign-up, by creating a new account at www.ollies.us or on the Ollie's mobile app, or by logging into your existing account and completing your missing details.

Create a new account online or on the app by providing your email and password and linking your Ollie’s Army card (number is found on the back of your yellow Ollie’s Army card). After your information is updated, we will email your 15% Enlistment Bonus as a thank you! Don’t forget to provide BOTH your mailing address and email. We mail some offers to your home AND some to your email address. You can opt-out of email at any time.

Will my card work at every store?

Purchases made at every Ollie’s Bargain Outlet will be credited to your account. It doesn’t matter where you signed up.

What if I need to change my address or other contact information?

You can edit your information by logging into our website and clicking “Update My Profile”, or by selecting “My Profile” from the mobile app. You can also ask the cashier to change it for you while you’re in the store or contact Customer Service at https://ollies.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Note: Changing your email address? Create a new login with your new email address, then contact Customer Service via email or phone to connect your Ollie's Army account.

What if I have a problem with my card?

You can contact Customer Service at our Support Center and they will be happy to help you with any of your questions or concerns.

What if I lose my card?

No problem. Cashiers can locate your account by looking up your phone number or email address at the register!

You can pick up a new card at any of our store locations and let the cashier know that you lost your old card. The cashier can activate the new card transfer your points from your old card to your new card. You can also contact Customer Service directly to request they transfer your old points to your new card for you.

What kind of emails should I expect, and how often?

We send emails to alert subscribers about our latest flyers and deals, talk about upcoming events, and send offers to our Ollie’s Army members. The number of emails you get will vary throughout the year, usually about 2-3 times a week.

How can I find my Ollie’s Army points information?

To view your current points to your next reward, visit www.ollies.us and log in to your Ollie’s Army account. Your points to next reward and rank are also available on the mobile app under My Ollie’s Card. If you don’t have an account or the Ollie’s app, be sure to sign up so you can receive all the benefits of our program.

Ollie's Army Points

How do I accumulate points?

Use your Ollie’s Army membership card every time you shop. Each dollar you spend before tax is equal to one point.

You earn points for two things!

Our point system gives you the chance to accumulate Reward Points over the lifetime of your enlistment in Ollie’s Army, and also to earn additional Rank O-Wards each year.

Reward Points (have no expiration): Earn as many as you like!

  • After you accumulate 250 points, you earn a Reward Certificate!
  • Reward Points don’t expire. Simply keep earning them as long as you’re a member. Whether it takes you one shopping trip or many years to earn those 250 points, we don’t care!

Rank O-wards Points (resets annually on January 1): Earn one 2-Star and one 3-Star O-ward each year.

  • Earn points throughout the year to move up the Ranks and earn even GREATER discounts and deals!
  • On January 1st of each year, Rank Points are reset to zero (0).

Do I have to show my Ollie’s Army card to earn points?

Yes, but we can help if you forget your card. The cashier can do a search for your account by your phone number or email address. Or you may save your receipts and bring them back to the store once you've found your card - the cashier will ensure your receive points for those purchases.

How long until I receive the Rewards I’ve earned?

You can expect to receive your Reward Certificate(s) in the mail within two to three weeks of earning 250 reward points. If we have your address on file, you’ll see your rewards on the website and on the Ollie's mobile app about 10 days after earning the reward. This serialized coupon is the same as the one you’ll receive in the mail. It can only be used once.

You can expect to receive your Rank O-wards within 1-3 days of achieving a new rank within the calendar year. O-wards are delivered via email.

How can I find my current points balance?

You can access your account information by visiting www.ollies.us and logging in to your Ollie’s Army account. Your current point balances are also available on the mobile app. If you don’t have an account yet, be sure to register for one to receive all the benefits of our program.

What if I have two cards that I would like to combine?

You can contact Customer Service by phone or email and they will be happy to transfer your points to whichever account you would prefer.

How do Ranks work?

Earn points throughout the year to move up the Ranks and earn even GREATER discounts and deals!

  • Start each year with a 1 Star Rank.
  • Earn 250 points during a calendar year to achieve a 2 Star Rank
    • Receive a 20% off One Item Rank O-ward, plus other surprise offers throughout the year.
  • Earn 500 points during a calendar year to achieve a 3 Star Rank
    • Receive a 30% off One Item Rank O-ward, plus sneak peeks of deals and other surprise offers throughout the year.
  • On January 1st of each year, Rank Points are reset to zero (0).
  • Limit one 2 Star and one 3 Star O-ward per member, per year.
  • Ranks and O-ward programs are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. We own the stores, we make the rules!

Will I get more Good Stuff Cheap with the new Ranks program?

If you’re a cheapskate who earns 250 points or more, then the answer is yes, yes, a thousand times, YES! The more you shop, the more you save and the more opportunities you’ll have to get early notice of incoming deals.

How can I find my current rewards and offers?

You can access your account information by visiting www.ollies.us and logging in to your Ollie’s Army account. Your current rewards and offers will be listed there for you to use. They are serialized and can only be used one time. The mobile app will also have your current rewards and offers, making it easy and convenient for you to use them at checkout.

If you don’t have an account yet, be sure to register for one to receive all the benefits and see all of your offers on the website or mobile app.

Why do I have a negative points balance?

The most common reason for a negative points balance is returning an item after your points have already been converted into a 10% Reward Certificate. If you believe there is an error on your account, please Contact Us.

If I return an item to the store, will the amount be deducted from my point balances?

Yes, you earn points for items purchased and points are deducted if the items are then returned.

Why do you want my mailing address?

We ask our members for a mailing address because once you accrue enough points on your account, we’ll mail you your Reward Certificates. We respect your privacy online and we never sell any personal information to third parties. Why do you want my email address? What will you use it for?

Ollie’s collects email addresses so we can keep in touch! We’ll send you several emails a week alerting you to what’s going on at Ollie’s such as current flyers, new deals, store events, Ollie’s Army offers, and more.

To receive your Ollie’s Army benefits, including 10% certificate, rank rewards, and other offers, you must provide an email address and opt into emails on your Ollie’s Army account profile page in the app or online.

What is Ollie’s email policy?

Our email program is permission based. Ollie’s will collect emails from Ollie’s Army members and send emails for the sole purpose of sharing relevant Ollie’s information, such as upcoming events, new deal notices, and discounts. Ollie’s abides by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We will never share, sell, or rent a member’s email address (or any other member information, for that matter!). If, for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to receive emails from us, please use the “unsubscribe” feature that appears in each email, or log into your account online to change email preferences.

Why do you want my phone number?

Having your phone number on your account is solely for your convenience. It is quick and easy for the cashier to look up your account using your phone number, should you forget to bring your card to the store. Being able to look you up ensures you get your points.

I’m a member of Ollie’s Army. Why aren’t I receiving any emails?

Sign in to your account and confirm that we have your correct email address and that you have selected “yes” to receiving our emails. You can also add ollies@armyemail.ollies.us to your address book to ensure that all emails make it to your inbox.

Can I sign up for Ollie’s Army through the app?

While you can use the Ollie’s app without being an Ollie’s Army member, you will not see the full benefit of the app unless you are a member and have connected your Ollie’s Army card number to your online account. At this time, we only issue Ollie’s Army card numbers in store. So make sure you get to your local Ollie’s, and sign up for a card at the register.

If I update my info on the app, will it also update online?

Yes! Any updates or changes to your profile information will be updated throughout our systems.

I signed up in store. Why do I have to sign up on the mobile app or website?

In order to provide you with a secure method of seeing your points and your coupons, we need each Ollie’s Army member to create an online account. Using your email and a password of your choosing, we’ll guide you through the sign up process. Once your card has been connected to your online account – you’re good to go. This login, your email and password, will work on both the Ollie’s mobile app and website www.ollies.us.

Why do I need an app?

Well, need may be a strong word. But once you have the app, you’ll wonder how you ever got by without it! If you like saving money and having QUICK, EASY access to your offers and rewards (aka: coupons), the app makes using your card and redeeming your coupons REALLY EASY.

Why does the Ollie's app want to access the camera on my phone?

We’re just trying to make it easy for you to capture your Ollie’s Army number by taking a picture of the barcode on your card. Feel free to disable the camera permission within your Ollie's mobile app settings at any time in the future.
