Membership

Will my card work at every store?

Purchases made at every Ollie’s Bargain Outlet will be credited to your account. It doesn’t matter where you signed up.

What if I need to change my address or other contact information?

You can edit your information by signing into our website, have the cashier change it for you while you’re in the store, or you can contact Ollie’s Army Customer Service by phone, email, or mail.

What if I have a problem with my card?

You can contact Ollie’s Army Customer Service at our corporate office and they will be happy to help you with any of your questions or concerns.

What if I lose my card?

A new card can be issued for you at the register. You must fill out the Enlistment Form again. The cashier will then write “TRANSFER” at the top of the form to ensure that points from your lost card are transferred to your new card. Be sure to tell the cashier your old account number, if available.

What kind of emails should I expect, and how often?

We will send emails to our Ollie’s Army members to alert them to our latest flyers and big deals, tell them about upcoming events like Ollie’s Army Night or grand openings, and share discounts. The number of emails you get will vary throughout the year (usually about 4-5 times a month). Don’t worry, we won’t clog your inbox.

What if I decide I don’t want to receive any more emails?

If you don’t want to receive emails from us, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions that are in every email we send. Or you may log into your account online to change your email preferences.

Points

How do I accumulate points?

Use your Ollie’s Army membership card every time you shop. Each dollar you spend before tax is equal to one point. After you accumulate 250 points, you earn a 10% off certificate!

How long until I receive certificates?

You can expect to receive your certificates in the mail within two to three weeks of earning 250 points.

Do I have to show my Ollie’s Army card to earn points?

Yes, but we can help if you forget your card. The cashier can do a search for your account, or you may save your receipts and have the cashier apply the purchase to your account by filling out an “Oops Card.”

How can I find out what the balance is on my card?

You can access your account information by visiting www.ollies.us and entering your last name and the account number found on the back of your yellow membership card.

What if I have two cards that I would like to combine?

You can contact Ollie’s Army Customer Service by phone or email and they will be happy to transfer your points to whichever account you would prefer.

What is Ollie’s email policy?

Our email program is permission based. Ollie’s will collect emails from Ollie’s Army members and send emails for the sole purpose of sharing relevant Ollie’s information, such as upcoming events, new deal notices, and discounts. Ollie’s abides by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We will never share, sell, or rent a member’s email address (or any other member information, for that matter!). If, for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to receive emails from us, please use the “unsubscribe” feature that appears in each email, or log into your account online to change email preferences.
