How do I contact Ollie’s?

Use our Store Locator tool at the top of our website. There you can find the phone number to your local Ollie’s Bargain Outlet store. If you need to reach someone in our Corporate Headquarters Support Center, click on the Contact Us link on the bottom of our website to send us an email OR call our Support Center at (717) 657-2300 and ask for Customer Service. The Support Center is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.

If I call the Support Center, who do I ask for?

If you are a customer and you are calling about a product or a store or associate experience, ask for Customer Service.

If you are an Ollie’s Army member and you are calling about your rewards or you need program information, ask for Ollie’s Army Customer Service.

How do I find out if my store has a specific product?

Call your local Ollie’s! Our inventory is always changing. You can find contact information to any of our stores online at ollies.us/locations.

No, in order to keep costs down, we do not transfer product between stores.

How do I request a donation or Ollie’s participation in a charity event or collection?

You may make the request online by going to Ollie’s Cares on our website. We offer a 15% discount to qualifying organizations – it’s our way of helping everybody the little bit that we can. We cannot honor cash, gift card or product donation requests. In addition, we have a no solicitation policy at our stores with the exception of our corporate charitable programs.

How do I get a celebrity autograph hero card?

We print hero cards exclusively for ticket holders at our grand opening events. We do not print extras and we do not mail out hero cards. The best way to seek out hero cards and other memorabilia is by joining the official Fan Clubs of those celebrities we host. Thanks for your understanding.

Ollie's Army Membership

What is Ollie’s Army?

Ollie’s Army is our customer loyalty program. Membership is free and you can join at any time. You’ll receive special discounts in the mail throughout the year and receive emails from us about our latest flyers and deals. With our point system, you earn one point for every dollar spent at Ollie’s. Once you’ve accumulated 250 points ($250 spent), we’ll send you a 10% off Reward Certificate in the mail. Make sure we have your correct address listed on your online profile so that your rewards reach you!

Why is the customer loyalty program called “Ollie’s Army”?

Years ago, the owner of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet was watching a golf match on TV where Arnold Palmer was playing. The commentators called the mass crowd of people following Palmer around on the golf course “Arnie’s Army.” He liked this and dubbed our loyalty program, “Ollie’s Army.” The name stuck.

How do I sign up for Ollie’s Army?

Visit any one of our semi-lovely store locations and ask about Ollie’s Army at the register. You will be given an Ollie’s Army card and it will be scanned at the register. You’ll start earning points on that very first purchase!

If you received a card in the store, but it was not scanned, call our Support Center at (717) 657-2300 and ask to speak with our Ollie’s Army Customer Service Representative who can activate it for you over the phone. We’ll just need some information from your receipt so that we can add your points.

How do I get my Ollie’s Army Enlistment Bonus?

In order to earn your Enlistment Bonus, you’ll need to complete your Ollie’s Army profile by providing us with your contact information. Visit our website at www.ollies.us within 21 days to complete your profile. Do this by logging in with your Ollie’s Army card number (found on the back of your yellow Ollie’s Army card) and the information (usually your email address) you gave the cashier when you activated the card at the store. Click “Update Your Info”.  After your information is updated, we will send you a 15% Off Enlistment Bonus email as a thank you! Don’t forget – provide BOTH your mailing address and email, as we mail some offers and rewards to your home AND some to your email address, so you get all your rewards, reminders and deal information! You can opt out at any time.

Will my card work at every store?

Purchases made at every Ollie’s Bargain Outlet will be credited to your account. It doesn’t matter where you signed up.

What if I need to change my address or other contact information?

You can edit your information by logging into our website and clicking “Update Your Info”! Or you may have the cashier change it for you while you’re in the store, or you can contact Customer Service by phone or email.

What if I have a problem with my card?

You can contact Customer Service at our Support Center and they will be happy to help you with any of your questions or concerns.

What if I lose my card?

No problem. Cashiers can locate your account by looking up your phone number or email address at the register!

OR - You can pick up a new card at any of our store locations. Have the cashier scan the new card to activate it and then let the cashier know that you lost your old card and would like to transfer your points from your old card to your new card. Or you can call Customer Service directly at (717) 657-2300 and our Ollie’s Army Customer Service Representatives can transfer your old points to your new card over the phone for you.

What kind of emails should I expect, and how often?

We will send emails to our Ollie’s Army members to alert them to our latest flyers and big deals, tell them about upcoming events like Ollie’s Army Night or grand openings, and share discounts. The number of emails you get will vary throughout the year, usually about 4-5 times a month. Don’t worry, we won’t clog your inbox.

How do I accumulate points?

Use your Ollie’s Army membership card every time you shop. Each dollar you spend before tax is equal to one point. See the Recruitment Office page for details on the program.

Do I have to show my Ollie’s Army card to earn points?

Yes, but we can help if you forget your card. The cashier can do a search for your account by your phone number or email address. Or you may save your receipts and bring them back to the store once you've found your card - the cashier will ensure your receive points for those purchases.

How long until I receive the Rewards I’ve earned?

You can expect to receive your Reward Certificate(s) in the mail within two to three weeks of earning 250 reward points.

What if I have two cards that I would like to combine?

Why do you want my mailing address?

We ask our members for a mailing address because once you accrue enough points on your account, we’ll mail you your Reward Certificates. We respect your privacy online and we never sell any personal information to third parties. Why do you want my email address? What will you use it for?

Ollie’s collects members’ email addresses so that we can keep in touch! We will occasionally send you emails alerting you to what’s going on at Ollie’s such as current flyers, deals, events, and more.

What is Ollie’s email policy?

Our email program is permission based. Ollie’s will collect emails from Ollie’s Army members and send emails for the sole purpose of sharing relevant Ollie’s information, such as upcoming events, new deal notices, and discounts. Ollie’s abides by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We will never share, sell, or rent a member’s email address (or any other member information, for that matter!). If, for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to receive emails from us, please use the “unsubscribe” feature that appears in each email, or log into your account online to change email preferences.

Why do you want my phone number?

Having your phone number on your account is solely for your convenience. It is quick and easy for the cashier to look up your account using your phone number, should you forget to bring your card to the store. Being able to look you up ensures you get your points.

I’m a member of Ollie’s Army. Why aren’t I receiving any emails?

Sign in to your account and confirm that we have your correct email address and that you have selected “yes” to receiving our emails. You can also add ollies@armyemail.ollies.us to your address book to ensure that all emails make it to your inbox.
